Interior Design Consultation

The Interior Design Consultation is perfect for you if you already have inspiration but need professional advice and guidance to create a look in your home that is uniquely you. We can do this from the comfort of your own home if you live in San Diego County or remotely via Zoom or FaceTime. 


If you're a Do-It-Yourself Client, The Interior Design Consultation is just what you'll need to implement and manage your design project on your own. This is the most flexible and affordable way to retain our services since we can address multiple spaces in your home.


If you're a  Full Service Design Client, The Interior Design Consultation is our exciting official kickoff to your project!


Design Consultations start at $699.00 up to 2 hours.

Additional time is billed at the hourly rate of $229.00.

Interior Design Session

Interior Design Sessions (aka: Designer For a Day Sessions) are my fave!

You and I get to spend the day together and you get Expert Interior Design Guidance for your project. We'll get you started, with parts of your project that you find overwhelming, get your project back on track and help you avoid making costly mistakes.

This 6 Hour Interior Design Session may include the following...

  • Space Planning and Furniture Layout recommendations.

  • Ways to add Color, Pattern and Texture to your home.

  • Guidance for your Kitchen or Bath project

  • Sourcing of various finishes for your Kitchen or Bath project with a visit to my favorite showrooms.

  • Furniture selections guidance.

  • Art & Accessory guidance.

  • Paint Color specification.

  • Interior Styling Session.

An example of how our day may flow....

We'll start our day bright and early over coffee prioritizing which projects we're going to work on during our time together and decide our next steps. 

Then we'll break to enjoy a working lunch session (because trust me, creativity takes a lot of energy!).

We'll finish our afternoon work session and by the end of our time together you will have a solid game plan and a boost of motivation to get your project done! 

This limited personalized one-on-one service is $1,699.00 up to 6 hours.

Luxe Interior Design Service

We're here to help you create your Dream Home. 

This service is perfect for you if you are a busy professional running a company, a family and multiple estates.

You're busy, we get it and are here to help you navigate the complexities of your upcoming design project. 


Our LUXE INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE focuses on redesigning a whole room or whole home at a time. 

This service takes you from the initial Design Concept, through Implementation, Installation to Final Completion.

We will work together on the Design Concept in the beginning stages unless you prefer to leave that up to us too. The rest of the process is left to us until it's time for you to crack open the champagne and live in your new space.


This service includes:

  • The Initial Design Concept - every project starts with a concept, we have to know our destination before we can begin the planning phase.

  • Project Planning - all design projects require a plan to properly implement. Space plans, floor plans, furniture plans, lighting plans, layouts, renderings and elevations. Whatever your project requires, we will plan it out for you. 

  • Furniture Selection - we travel all across the country on buying trips to find the best vendors in the industry. It's important that we invest the time to nurture these connections so that we can offer you the best of the best, the cream of the crop! We handle all of the furniture, custom furniture selections, procurement, receiving,  product management and white glove delivery for you.

  • Reupholstery Services- we love to reuse and renew furniture pieces that you already have, love and that are meaningful to you. We partner with the best  family-owned business that has been around since the 1920's. They are true craftsmen and will reupholster or restore your precious pieces with quality and care. We will handle all of the requests for quotes, fabric specification and arrange for pick up and white glove delivery.

  • Wall Art & Accessories - we love art! We work with art vendors, digital artists, established and emerging artists both locally and nationally. We will help curate pieces that are aesthetically you and bring all of the accessories to support the style and feel.

  • Architectural Color Specification - color matters and we know that it can be intimidating. We will take care of all of the  interior or exterior paint and stain specifications for you and work with the best Paint Contractors that stand behind their work.

  • Custom Window Treatments - a room without window coverings is not a finished room. There are so many choices when it comes to windows, it's truly overwhelming. We've got you covered. We can customize everything from roller shades to roman shades to drapery panels. If you need motorization, smart home solutions and exterior awnings, we can specify that you for as well. 

  • Folding Doors and Railings - in San Diego indoor/outdoor living is the norm. Folding doors are a great solution for our easy breezy So Cal living style. We work with local craftsmen and fabricators to custom design folding doors, entry doors and interior/exterior railings to modernize your home.

  • Kitchen/Bathroom/Laundry/Wine Rooms/Closet - we love these design projects!  We work with custom cabinet contractors to create the kitchen, bathroom and closets of your dreams! We'll even arrange to have a professional organizer come in for the final installation so that you won't have to worry about that part either!

  • Final Installation and Interior Styling - this is where all of the magic happens! After all of the puzzle pieces have been put in place, Rachel will come in and create that magazine worthy look that we're known for. That's what got you here in the first place, right? Once that is done, I bring in my professional photographer to document all the gorgeousness before turning your home back over to you to create memories with your family and friends for years to come. 

Now, I know that was a lot and that's because it IS a lot! A lot of creative strategies and solutions and a lot of planning, implementation and coordination to get to the finish line of any project. By partnering with us, you cut out all decision fatigue and save so much time, our only non replenish-able resource, by not having to research and vet contractors and vendors time after time. It can feel like Groundhog Day. We have relationships and resources that we have cultivated over the years so that the process is streamlined for you.

Many of our clients are managing multiple estates. That's why we also partner with Professional Organizers, Movers and Real Estate Stagers. Oftentimes, we're preparing one house to go on the market while settling our clients into their new home. We love working with clients repeatedly year after year on their primary, vacation, investment homes and even their travel trailers!
