Welcome to Week 6 of the One Room Challenge!
We took a little hiatus this week to travel across the country to furniture capital, High Point Market!
I have been hustling since this was a planned trip and left a Honey-Do list for the hubs. He checked one item off of the list....womp, wooooooomp. Relatable, anyone? So this week, in addition to having to get my legs under me on client projects, I have to figure out how to knock a few of those items off of that list to get caught up!
THE PIVOT
I think that I mentioned that I will be giving my bathroom a little refresh. I've been somewhat non-committal but since it's now implementation time, I've had to make a few switch-a-roos so that I can keep this project moving forward to meet the upcoming deadline.
Shower Curtain: I decided to fabricate a ceiling-to-floor shower curtain using Scalamandre Balinese Peacock in Java. This fabric is to die for!
Lighting: I'm going to install Hudson Valley Easley Sconces in satin brass.
Wall Art: I haven't decided which wall art I'm going to use in this space yet. I'm playing around with concepts and I do love how the Virginia Beshears Squiggle prints look in here as an option. This will be a surprise element as I add the finishing touches to my spaces.
Wallpaper: Finally, we are going to install the colorful Spoonflower wallpaper in Art Deco Swans.
And speaking of Spoonflower.....I'm going to host a Wallpaper Giveaway next week for $300.00 in Spoonflower wallpaper on Instagram! How exciting is that, so make sure that you're hanging out with me over on Instagram and in IG Stories!
This next week will be fun as I begin to really pull everything together for the Big Reveal. I have enough experience to know that however I shuffle these design elements, it's going to look sooooo good!
