I started a Facebook Live Challenge for myself this week. I am doing 30 days of Facebook Live Streams! I only do my own challenges so please don't tag me to "Post Your Pet For 7 Days Challenge" - it's not gonna' happen. I took the summer off to spend with my kids and thought that doing a daily Facebook Live Stream would be fun to get back in the swing of things and it totally has been! I've been getting a lot of great feedback and questions! Here are some of the questions I got this week about bedrooms...
What are 3 things you need in your bedroom to promote peaceful sleep?
A quality mattress is numero uno! It may seem Captain Obvious but nothing beats a good quality mattress.
Quality natural fiber sheets. Quality sheets get better with each washing. Low quality sheets will pill and scratch after just a few washings.
Window coverings that control light filtration (and temperature). If you are sensitive to light, use a window covering with a black out liner.
What are the best plants for the bedroom?
The maiden hair fern is the diva of all house plants and has a strong feminine energy.
String of Pearls is a gorgeous delicate succulent and also very feminine.
Asparagus Fern and Donkey Tail are both great for bedrooms and have a strong masculine energy to them. It's all about the yin and yang.
