COASTAL CHARM
Blue is an iconic color that is tried and true! My client hired me to help update her master bathroom. The bathroom was completely neutral so I chose to add splashes of serene blues, reminiscent of the sky and water.
NEUTRAL TONES + BEACHY BLUES
Neutral tones and shades of sand are a popular pick for bathrooms but nothing screams “beach house” quite like beachy blue. In this coastal bathroom makeover, I started by painting the walls a soothing neutral creamy white then we repainted the vanity in a cool coastal blue then added semi-precious stone statement hardware.
COASTAL CHIC DESIGNER DETAILS
Chic coastal touches like handcrafted sea glass mosaic tiles were added to the backsplash. An exotic jellyfish wallpaper with metallic and pearlescent inks line the back of built in shelves and provide the perfect backdrop for my clients collection of Japanese pottery and ceramics.
